Disable RF Lock

When the Vitara is going to be shutdown or IOC-LR10-LS01 is going to be rebooted or there are timing issues the RF locking system needs to be turned off. To shutoff the RF locking system:

1) Open the Vitara control panel:

2) Open "Vitara Expert"

3) Set "Automatic Operation" to "Manual"

4) Verify Coarse Motor PID is "off"

5)Disable RF Lock

For longer term downtime:

1. Power down PiezoAmp (red box next to SDG)
2. Power down sim crate (in the rack with the laser power supplies)
3. The OEM equipment can also be turned off (I have no idea what this is)
