The public mailin lists for G4CMP developer work and meeting announcements is <g4cmp@slac.stanford.edu>. Developers and users are welcome to subscribe.
Subscribing
The easiest way to subscribe to the high-level updates G4CMP mailing list is to send a two line e-mail to <listserv@slac.stanford.edu>:
subscribe g4cmp
end
The second line ensures that the server doesn't get confused by your signature or any other information appended by your e-mail server. Note that this subscription method is currently restricted to the a finite set of institutional email domains. If upon sending this email you get an error saying "Your system is out of this LISTSERV's service area," send an email to linehan3@fnal.gov and we'll get your domain added to the service list.
Unsubscribing
If you no longer wish to receive e-mail from the high-level updates list, send a two line e-mail to <listserv@slac.stanford.edu> from the e-mail address you originally used to subscribe:
unsubscribe g4cmp
end
If your e-mail address has changed, you can unsubscribe the old address by putting it on the "unsubscribe" line:
unsubscribe g4cmp joe.user@old.address.edu
end
Web Interface
There is a Web-based interface to the mailing list server, https://listserv.slac.stanford.edu, but it requires you to have a SLAC computing account (Windows or "Active Directory" credentials) in order to use it.
