Are you interested in joining the G4CMP Developer's Consortium and helping to upgrade G4CMP? This page provides information on how to make that happen.
How to Get Started
- Fill out this Google form to indicate membership intent and select an initial membership tier.
- Membership level can always be adjusted in the future.
- A confluence account will be created for you within 2-3 days after form submission, and we will provide instructions for S3DF access once you have access to confluence. More details can be found here: Accessing SLAC Computing Resources
- Browse Consortium Resource Page
- Subscribe to the Mailing List(s) if you wish
Special Cases – Email the Organizers
We are planning to add additional items to the membership form to cover both of the issues below, so separate e-mails will not be required in the future.
If you already have SLAC accounts (either Crowd/Confluence/Jira accounts, or full computing access), please provide that information as the e-mail address in the Google form, and then e-mail Noah Kurinsky and Ryan Linehan to let us know that you have an existing SLAC account so we can add you to the relevant group. You do not need to have new accounts created, we just need to add you to the "G4CMP users" list at SLAC. This will not reduce or eliminate any of your existing SLAC privileges.
If you have a GitHub account, and which to contribute to code development, for now please e-mail Unknown User (kelsey) with your GitHub username. We will add you to the GitHub Contributors list, which will allow you to push changes to the repository, create Merge Requests, etc.

Sep 19, 2024Updates needed for the Google form:
1) Check box and text field for users who already have SLAC accounts, so they can just be added to G4CMP groups.
2) Text field for GitHub access to provide GitHub username.
3) Fix link about tiered access to point to where I moved it this morning (19 Sep 2024).
