The shift distribution was approved and the shift schedule will be sent to the collaboration. The swap will be allowed first for people traveling from the west coast. The swap will be allowed between experts and between workers separately. Will start to collect names for RCs duties, need to cover 8 weeks. The on-call experts are clear, each group will take care of their responsibilities.

The collimator was swapped with the new one with the correct holes. Hodoscope calibration continues, now we new PMTs. ECal is getting ready to turn on again for LED calibration

Half modules are done, testing is in progress, some concerns about HV that we can run them. Boxes with modules arrive at SLAC. FEBs should be ready today, will get them from the vendor on Wednesday. Test of DAQ is ongoing, need the new software for testing the new TI. Preliminary: start assembly on at JLAB on August 26.
