• News: SLAC - talk about opening things up but arise of variance worries. Vaccination at the lab started. JLAB - experiment schedule went to the director's desk. The budget everywhere is uncertain. 
• Preparations for the upcoming run -
  • Hall work/beamline - Stepan: magnets will be tested with the power supplies in May
  • SVT - Tim: drawings for the SVT inside the vacuum box have been found and will be sent to Bob. Buiding more modules at SLAC, hybrids arrive this week or next. FEBs tomorrow will be a formal review of the new design. Then it will go for layout and quote and order before the end of March.
  • DAQ/trigger - Marzio: Things are moving
  • ECal/hodoscope - Rafo: ECal pre-amp test stand is ready now. Hodoscope test is ongoing, all issues were resolved. two new PMTs will be purchased 
  • DQM - Norman: No news, working on 2019 recon
  • Software - Omar: No news, working on 2019 recon
• Update on 2016 analysis - Tim: vertex analysis final steps by Matt G. and Cameron. Rouven added an intro for the paper, John is working on other parts of the draft.
• Update on 2019 data calibrations and data processing - Norman/Omar: More work will be needed for alignment, new alignment from the scratch is way to go. A small timing issue with ECal.
