- News: Town hall snowmass, including a session for LOI summary presentaitons. Cameron gave a talk on HPS. What else can HPS do, e.g. SIMS. PAC jeopardy went quite well, waiting the full report.
- Finishing 2016 analysis and publication - Matt G.Analysis note is with the review committee, nothing else to be done for bump hunt. Updated results of 2015 should be in the publication. Eratum will be submitted together wit the paper. For vertexing, we still have work to be done with L1L2, will be discussed tomorrow at the analysis meeting.
- 2019 calibration status - NormanWorking on the latest alignment resutls, still some discrepances betwen top and bottom. Some more work is needed. ECal calibraiton on going. MC is done for smapling fraction close to the edgies. New fits, shapes, are different from what ws done in 2015-2016 data. Some osftware work will be needed. More will be reported at tomorrow's ECal meeting. Testing script and the code for data processing to see what is the memory usage, processing time on JLAB farm.
- Preparations for 2021 run - Tim/RafoSensor order is in the queue, not clear how things will be in Spain. Clean room space has to be prepared, a lot of work has been done at SLAC by engineer from Stanford. ECal/hodoscope - first meeting this week to compile the list of work and set milestones. Hodoscope work includes light tightning and new PMTs. End of November hodoscope will go into EEL 125 for full test. ECal, fixing broken channels, bad HV channel, and loose cables.
