- News o good progress with 2019 SVT alignment by PF, almost x2 improvement in vertex reconstruction, getting very close to the simulation.

Single paper for resonance and detached vertex searches, detail PRD paper for HPS. All agreed with Matt G. as a writing committee chair. We agreed to add a theorist to the committee.
- Report from the 2019 data analysis workshop - Matt G.
The workshop went well. Things are going well with calibration and alignment, a lot of progress has been made after the workshop (Norman, PF, Alessandra). Similarly, much progress has been made on the reach estimate, largely by Cameron's efforts. Looks like we will have most of the jeopardy plots by the collaboration meeting.
- Update on 2016 analysis, a path for unblinding -
- Vertexing analysis - John
Most of the key analysis items are complete, comments from the review committee on the first draft have been received. The draft will go out by Friday. Expect to be approved for the unblinding very beginning of May.
- Resonance Search - Omar (Rafo)
The analysis note was sent to the committee, will hear back this Friday. Getting approved for the unblinding by end of April is realistic.
- Status of 2019 MC and calibration - Marzio/Raphael/Omar
Tongtong produced enough rad-trig and A' MC for the jeopardy plots for 2019. Started MC for reach estimates for upcoming runs. - Update PAC and the jeopardy document - Stepan
Expect a new update on PAC in the next couple of days. For now, the deadline for submission of the jeopardy update documents moved to June 15 (two weeks delay), and the document is now mandatory.
Not much has been done on the document. It currently resides in the dropbox, Tim will move it to overleafe to allow more contributions. After it is done we will announced it to the larger group.
