Summary

We request to put in production GlastRelease-20-10-04.

The new GR implements a bugfix which solves the occasional recon crashes.

Reason for change

The rate normalizations have been updated using 56 days (i.e. a complete orbit precession period ) of pass8  data.

Test Procedure

We  have processed four full LPA runs.

Rollback procedure

We can easily switch back to previous version of L1Proc .
