Connect FEB in CR to backend in server room:

• Procure a 30 m 12 fiber MTP cable and a MTP breakout
• Connect fibers to flange board
• Connect flange board to FEB
• Unwrap cables of L1-3 and connect to FEB
• Connect power

Test slow control:

• Get middleware service running on the control DPM
• Run sw on pc and read/write registers at all physical locations
