Building 33 Clean Room Bundle Assembly Operation
- Tailgate Meetings Minutes:
- 23 September 2013: we reviewed the various safety aspects of the work in building 33. We discussed the work plan for the week: a) finish the bundling and jacketing of Cable 23 that is on the polls, and then make Cables 24/25 and start Cables 26/27. Two cables are made at the same time on the polls. b) Tan will solder AXON-06 and do the stripping/soldering of data-Cables 22/23/24/25. - 22 October 2013. An important safety issue was raised today: in two occasions over the last three weeks, when showing up for work in the morning, Tan found the chemical stripping soldering pot turned ON, although he turned off the day before when leaving work. The following actions are taken:
- Notify Eliziar Ortiz, building 33 manager.
- Each day at end of work: unplug the soldering pot, install rope to prevent access to the soldering station and sign off checklist.
