SUNCAT supports file sharing for all people with a SLAC unix account, using a simple drag-and-drop interface.

Instructions for Mac

• Download appropriate version of the free cyberduck program from http://cyberduck.ch
• drag the downloaded file into your "Applications" folder
• run the application
• Click on "Open New Connection"
  • Select "SFTP (SSH File Transfer Protocol)" using the top drop-down menu
  • Enter your SLAC UNIX username/password
  • For "Path" use: /afs/slac/g/suncat/vol2/suncatshare
  • Click connect
• After connecting, using the "action" drop-down menu at the top, select "New Bookmark". You only have to do this once, in order to remember the above settings.
• For future connections, you can click on the "bookmark" icon
