LCLS <---> FACET production gateways

LCLS4FACET is configured in the default FACET client EPICS_CA_ADDR_LIST. Configuring the gateway in the IOC EPICS_CA_ADDR_LIST must be done on a case-by-case basis.
FACET4LCLS is configured in the default LCLS client EPICS_CA_ADDR_LIST. Configuring the gateway in the IOC EPICS_CA_ADDR_LIST must be done on a case-by-case basis.

** note: Specific PVs are sometimes temporarily blocked for various reasons (e.g. to block duplicate PVs across systems)

Both public gatways are both configured in the default DMZ client EPICS_CA_ADDR_LIST.
