Fermi Data Analysis Workshop - American University in Cairo

The workshop will take place on the campus of the American University in Cairo between June 26th and July 1st, 2010

Preparation:

Software:

All participants in the workshop must install the following software packages:

• Tempo2 (http://www.atnf.csiro.au/research/pulsar/tempo2/)

• User contributed software (http://fermi.gsfc.nasa.gov/ssc/data/analysis/user/)
• Python and third-party packages necessary for the analysis:
  • python (http://www.python.org/

  • numpy (http://numpy.scipy.org/ )
  • scipy (http://www.scipy.org/ )

We will go over how to get the data in the first day of the workshop. But for now you can download some data sets I have already prepared:
