Looking over SC linac schedule for the next week.
Moved SRF Characterization time to 6 to 7 PM.
SRF on call person + phone number now appears in the commissioning schedule.
Nicole looking into doing HOM testing with John at 6-8 AM next week (day?). Nicole will move to 6 PM if necessary.
Shared commissioning calendar with SC group members (gmail) emails so that it could seen on gmail calendars. More can be added.
Dan will be away July 26th to Aug 7th (inclusive).
Current on-call SC group/SRF scheme: standard list for weekday day shift, each weekday swing shift has a (fairly) fixed on call person from the SC group, we do rotations over the weekend.
Cryomodule testing is restarting at JLab, but there are no fixed dates. We cannot yet coordinate people going to assist. James plans to go there for when they start testing. CM vented on the test stand. Sebastian: Should send someone to make sure all equipment is plugged in and measuring numbers (especially decarads?).
James will go to RI for 3 days to oversee cavity rework. Dates are not finalized.

-Cryotrip event from last week. Should inform ops that they have permission to turn off cavities in emergencies (requested by cryo, etc) without asking us.
-It looks like 2, 7, 8, and 16 are having consistent problems. They are all have 2 cavity pairs where the required SEL phase offset will quickly and drastically (10's of degrees) move, and often kick the cavity of SELAP.
