    • Go to the LCLS Section which lists the different services available
      • Choice "New Work Order" Through the whole process remember MORE DETAIL IS BETTER
      • Note that the WPC Status is tracked along the top for you as in the attached screenshot  
        • New window or TAB will be created with the following fields filled in for you
          • Number - Autogenerated unique ticket number
          • Opened - Date and time
          • Requestor - Required and autofilled dependent on account login
          • Department - of the requestor
          • Business Phone number - Of requestor
          • Email – of requestor
          • Instrument - Defaults to "None" but please use pulldown menu to select as appropriate
          • Priority will autofill to "Low" but you can escalate
          • Status - (WPC Status) By default set to "Pending Assignment"
            • Responsibility of Assigned person, Area Manager and Requestor to maintain the correct WPC Status
          • Work Planning Control Category (Required) - Autofilled to "Yellow"
          • COVID-19 Work Level - No Longer Required
          • Logation - Choose for GIS and LCLS specific locations
          • Additional Location - This is a text field where you may describe very specific location, in a Hutch for instance
