Enabled FastCGI in IIS from Server Manager -> Roles -> Add Role Services -> CGI
Turned off all extensions except MySQL and MySQLi
PSpell extension (optionally needed by FUDForum is not installed, since it does not seem easy to install on windows).

Installed FUDforum 3.0.1 from:
