Settup up the conda build system
Step-by-step guide
- sudo as psreldev
- currently, for davidsch, sets path for miniconda2devel and manage/scripts
- start at /reg/g/psdm/sw/conda
- install Miniconda2latest in both miniconda2prod and miniconda2devel
- install conda build (updates conda-env as well)
- do this to create the manage directory from stuff under version control:
git clone https://github.com/davidslac/manage-lcls-conda-build-system.git manage
