The layout of the science part of the white paper should be hierarchical like the rest of the site - below I've put in 4 approximate chapter headings, which will become links to other pages later. Eventually we will get down to a level where the title is of a specific project, and then that page will explain the question(s) being investigated, how this might be done, and who is (going to want to be) working on it. As the site evolves, I would hope to see pages appearing describing related current projects, their status/results/publications and so on...
