Introduction

The SRS pipeline is a port of the pipeline developed for the Fermi Gamma Ray Space Telescope, with all Fermi specific functionality removed. It allows arbitrary graphs of batch jobs to be submitted, performs extensive and automated bookkeeping, and has an extensive web based monitoring system. The pipeline is well suited to large Monte-Carlo production tasks and automated data processing.

The SRS data catalog is a port of the data catalog developer for the Fermi Gamma Ray Space Telescope, with all Fermi specific functionality removed. It can be used to register datasets and make them available to users. It has an extensive web interface and also command line tools for registering and accessing data.

Although not strongly coupled the pipeline and data catalog are designed to work well together.
