There is a registration fee of $56$55.

The social event will be held at the Computer History museum(http://www.computerhistory.org).
There will be a tour plus dinner. Please sign up for this by the first day of the workshop. The fee covers the transportation, tour and dinner. Transportation will be provided from/to SLAC and for those staying offsite a shuttle will provide transportation to the hotels.

The fee for the social event will be $61$30.
