Installation To Do List

• run 3 SM fiber pairs (2 plus a spare) from granite to R03 (Jyoti)
• figure out kcu105 mounting structure on the granite (Jyoti)
• figure out the power for kcu105 (Jyoti)
• verify that Larry agrees connector and length are OK (Nick recommends less than 3 meters) (chris)
• patch/test (mona)

Chris Ford has an encoder simulator in lab3, with documentation here:  UDP Encoder Interface (rix Mono Encoder).  He also has committed lab3-caf-encoder.cnf to lcls2 GitHub in psdaq/psdaq/cnf/
