  • In a terminal shell run:
    • iocmanager
    • Here you can see all the ioc's running and the hosts they are running on.
    • After selecting an offending IOC, in the IOC Control menu:
    • You can choose to Soft/Hard reboot the IOC or reboot the entire host.
      • Try not to choose Reboot Server
      • In case this has to be done, serverStat <Servername> cycle. But be aware that there are other things on each of the servers
