Log into Peoplesoft

From the Home menu, select "SLAC Project Costing Inquiry"

Select "WBS Dill down"

Enter Project Number into the "Project" search criterium and click Search.

Note: Projects may be saved and selected by assigning the search criteria a name parameter

In the Summary screen, set the drill down level to 7 (to allow you to look at a specific Activity code), set the date range to printout, and set the value of decimal places to 5 (costs are shown in Kcost). Once you have the correct settings, hit Refresh and select the activity-date entry you want to examine

The LSTM View shows summaries of costs for the various categories of charges (Labor, Shop, Travel, and M&S) as well as a net summary. Select which ever entry you wish to examine

Expanding the Labor and Shop categories will show a detailed list of hours charged by individual SLAC employees as well as the associated cost (no picture shown for privacy reasons)

Expanding the M&S category will provide a breakdown of the various M&S charges to the account. This can be further expanded to see individual items purchase/paid
