Navigate to Smartsheets > Workspace: TID > Folder: ID > Folder: Division Resource Tracking Inside the Division Resource Tracking Folder, Select the Folder for your respective department Then, Open the Report titled “[Your Name] Tasks” Click on the “Sheets” filter: Then click the “+” to the left of the TID workspace: Expand the TID folder and select “Active Projects” then click OK Your sheet will refresh and update any missing projects and/or tasks. Save the sheet and exit. |
