Actual Cost

This field contains the incoming actual cost from the project  file. This number needs to match the "Total Actuals From Finance" field. 

Remaining Funds

This field contains computes the incoming remaining funds from in the project  fileproject.

This field contains the incoming earned value from the project  file.

CPI

This is the cost performance index. CPI = Earned Value / Actual Cost

This is the schedule performance index. SPI = Earned Value / Planned Earned Value

Reporting Index

This field contains the ration between Total Actuals From Finance and Actual Cost. This value should always be between 0.95 and 1.05 for properly tracked projects. 

Tracking Risk

This field contains the tracking risk score based upon the value in the "Reporting Index" field. This is generated automatically based upon a formula and may be overridden on each month's status line with pre-approval of the Division Director. 

Budget Risk

This field contains the budget risk score based upon the value in the "CPI" field. This is generated automatically based upon a formula and may be overridden on each month's status line with pre-approval of the Division Director.
