Steps to restart 3130:US3 and 3108:US4

  1. These pumps do not have their own dedicated backing pumps, so they can be run as long as the beamline is under vacuum. To restart, just open the turbopump panel for each pump and select "Run".
  2. Open the FV-US3a foreline valve once the 3130:US3 pump speed is > 5000 RPM.
