• News: HEP funding for SVT, funding is available for everything up to the point when travel to JLAB will be needed. Run is expected to start on August 24., Marziom 
• Preparations for the upcoming run, meeting with the Hall-B RG-I task-force group - Stepan/Tim/Marzio/Rafo

Bob: next month to finalize the changes to the setup. Put magnets for testing the power supply before SVT will come out. Regardless of HPS is the first or not, magnets and PS tests have to be done. When SVT is out, cable trays will be redone. 

Tim: Ready to move with FEBs.

Stepan: Still in the discussions with the accelerator folks on the possibility of installing another BPM (stripline) 

Rafo: some issues with the setup, channels behave erratically. After DAQ was fixed, a test with a signal generator was performed.   

Marzio: Defining the list of triggers for 2021. Norman must be included in the discussions with Valery.

Norman: A new DQM, may need a dedicated computer for its own.

Tim: Need to ask Matt how we will bring this to the finish

• Update on 2019 data calibrations and data processing - Norman/Omar

Omar: A bunch of changes to the code and geometry, have been approved and merged. Cameron tested, everything is OK. A bug was found in the channel mapping, working on a fix. 

• MC for the upcoming run - Maurik

Maurik: no new upgrades, need new simulations at 3.7 GeV for the upcoming run.
