• News: A new schedule (not published yet) has the start of the HPS summer run on August 23rd at 3.7 GeV for 55 days. HEP budget is tight, flat from last year, but with more earmarked for specific projects. More discussions will happen for HPS OPS. 
• Preparations for upcoming run and shifts - Stepan/Tim/Marzio/Rafo 

Will start to think about a single person (expert) shift with a worker remote shift. Even if travel for US institutions will be allowed, it still might be difficult to expect overseas travel. Started the discussion with accelerator folks on having beam position measurement in front of the tagger. Weekly meeting for SVT electronics, new modules, and FEBs. New regulators will be selected, 1.5 A, a little bigger than the previous one but will fit. FEBs are expected to be ready in a couple of months after ordering (perhaps this month). The main unknown now is when we will get sensors. Trigger - run MC at the new beam energy to set the trigger parameters. DAQ - JLAB part is ready, new TCPI module will be ready end of March, two will be sent to SLAC. Hodoscope and ECal work is moving at JLAB. Amplifier tests will start soon. 

• MC for the upcoming run - Maurik

A new person is needed for the trigger studies with MC. THE new MC code is almost ready, needs to be integrated with HPS MC and documented.

• Update on 2016 analysis - Tim

Matt is ready to finalize the vertexing analysis, some progress has been made on the paper (Cameron and John). Should be able to wrap this up very soon.
