Saqib is undergoing his Mid Term Probationary Review at the University. 8/26/2019 Saqib says "It is in process."
Saqib plans to continue work on PingER monitoring for remote areas, in particular in Pakistan. He will use Android PingERs. This may partially tie into the Amity project.

Looked at ping access (via Avg-RTT, Min-RTT and loss) to up to 10 Hong Kong hosts (mainly Universities) in last 120 days. Unable to see any direct correlation between days of civil demonstrations and ping metrics.
Trying to find some Kashmir hosts. Have 2 potentials.
Al hosts in Djibouti stopped responding, found another host via Wikipedia.
