FEB6:

No connection to JTAG. Swapped SAS cable with FEB 0 at FEBs. We were able to connect JTAG and program this FEB and we see lasers from slow control and data.

FEB7:

Must be power cycled many times to come up fully. Low digital current observed when it needs to be power cycled about 5 times typically to achieve operational state.
