The thermal test was for cycling between 0C and +30 C. I.e., 1/2 of the desired temperature swings of -20 C to +40 C (relative to 20 C ambient). Dry air flow was run to keep RH at <= 7 %.

Visually the sensor and hybrid were still ok (attached pictures), and currents were consistent with measurements:
