Matt Solt's study showed beam position variations as a function of run numbers numbers (See January 8, 2018 DAWG Meeting)

This is blinded pass which has hard coded run by run beam position changes, and this pass has full set of skims includeing FEEs and singles skims, while

these will not be produced during the full pass production.
