a new Conda Release

run

ana-rel-admin --cmd auto --name 1.0.8

this will automate the steps of building a new environment.

It will check that the psana-conda recipie is updated to build your specified name (1.0.8 in the above example), as well as that the /reg/g/psdm/sw/conda/manage/config/anarel.yml has been updated to add psana-conda version 1.0.8. It will tell you if you are missing any steps.

The testing steps will use your personal account for testing.
