Following up on this, I looked for hosts in Bangladesh that are web servers (www), respond to pings, have the right RTT seen from SLAC (~300ms) and are either .edu.bd or ac.bd and and came up with the lists below:. Do you know whether these hosts are on BDREN or not. Also do you know their actual lat/longitudes (the ones given are either for the center of Bangladesh or Dhaka) or the town they are in? If all these are on BDREN then we will need to look for other targets to monitor do you have a list. What about gov.bd are they on BDREN?
