The above are the names for the 8-core farm jobs. 122272-core farm jobs need an extra "2" in the name, e.g. suncat-short becomes suncat2-short. Jobs on the 8-core farm should typically request multiples of 8 for the number of cores, and similarly the 12-core farm jobs suncat" farm has 8 cores per node. There are similar queue names for the suncat2/suncat3 farms.
suncat2 has 12 cores per node, suncat3 has 16 cores per node.
Jobs should typically request a multiple of 12 cores.The suncat2 farm as 4GB of memory per core, while the suncat farm has 3GB of memory per corethe number of cores per node.
Submitting Jobs
It is important to have an "afs token" before submitting jobs. Check the status with the tokens commands. Renew every 24 hours with /usr/local/bin/kinit command.
