- Go to "Control panel" > "Hardware and sound" > "Devices and printers"
- Click "Add printer"
- Select "Add network printer, ..."
- Click on "The printer that I seek is not on the list"
- Select "Add printer through TCP/IP-address or hostname"
- Type in the hostname (see "mac" instructions above)printer name: suncat-hp3015.slac.stanford.edu (black and white) and/or suncat-hp4025.slac.stanford.edu
- Click next (this can probably take a couple of minutes)
- Give the printer a name
