• This release support BLD for acromag analog inputs, the type is BldDataAnalogInputV1 (PSAS-144) various packages updated.
• CalibManager:  add "live" mode for ffb, fix info messages about batch queue and farm (PSAS-6)

• cheetah: new package of algorithms imported from "libcheetah" currently callable from C++.
• psana_test: modify xtclinedump to check for some errors in xtc files. motivated by PSAS-141
• XtcInput: adjust trace message for SharedFile to also show file descriptor - will help debug certain problems
