Check what you submitted in your beam time request (BTR). The info provided here is all beamline scientists have to prepare for your beamtime. If, in the time since you submitted your BTR, your experimental set-up or support requests have changed- its a good idea to update the beamline staff!

Do you have an SSRL computer account (looks like b_"username")?
- If no: Contact Ellie Fazli (Fazli@slac.stanford.edu) with this computer account request form to establish one.
- If yes: Check that you remember the password and it is still valid. If you have problems with the password, contact Ellie Fazli (Fazli@slac.stanford.edu). Ellie can help you reset the password if it has expired or you forgot it.
If running on a beam line with WebXAS (soon to be all)- you’ll also need to remember your user portal email address and password to log in.
