The current set of energy bands (100-300, 300-1000, 1000-3000, 3000-10000, 10000-300000, 100-300000 MeV) divide up the data too finely, resulting in mostly upper limits in the top two bands, whereas the bottom three bands mostly show redundant information to the overall band. A proposal has been made to change to (100300-30001000, 30001000-300000, 100-300000) MeV.
