This page documents the mapping of the slow control channels between the flange board and a RTM. The "top", "bot" naming convention refers to the setup at SLAC (See attached pics)as shown in the picture below\

RTM qsfp labeling convention is:  A,B,C,D from left to Right

Flange board labeling convention is 0,1,2 from left to right, i.e. from board ID  to QR code

This table shows the FEB channel links mapping. No dead links were found.

Check on the qsfp connectors:
Q0 C03-01 in D Slot: D0 D1 D2 → 11 10 9 
Q1 C03-01 in D Slot: D0 D1 D2 → 11 10 9 
Q2 C03-01 in D Slot: D0 D1 D2 → 11 10 9
Q3 C03-01 in D Slot: D0 D1 D2 → 11 10 9 (This Qsfp gave some issues on D2. After couple of power cycles of the feb I was able to get the link established)
Q4 C03-01 in DSlot: D0 D1 D2 → 11 10 9 

Currently:
Q0 is the one with the plastic pull tab
Q1 is in TOP A
Q2 is in TOP B
Q3 is in TOP C
Q4 is in TOP D
