Description
| The Staubli RX160 Robot Arm (sometimes called "Lucy") holds the Epix10k2M X-ray scattering detector. The Epix10k is smaller (lower amount of pixels) than the Rayonix detector, but can keep up with the 120 Hz repetition rate of LCLS. The robot arm allows the Epix10k to be positioned as a forward scattering detector or placed at a different angle from the interaction point. |
