 In my case this produced the following output for the execution of flowscan for about 50 flow files. Meanings of various columns are given at dprofpp :

 It is apparent from the above report that the HTML::Table package is taking up a bulk of the execution time. HTML::Table::getTable takes 3.050 secs of exclusive execution time and 3.034 secs of cumulative execution time (including the subroutines called from within). Clearly this is on of the performance bottlenecks which needs to be removed. HTML::Table is mostly used in the scoreboarding functions of JKFlow which is done for every direction and every few flowfiles. I am currently working on filtering out the scoreboarding code of the JKFlow and making it available via a datastructure so that the user has more control over the scoreboarding capabilities and unnecessary use of the HTML::Table can be removed.
