To Do:

• Remove old DOCA and original Active Distance calculations and their ntuple entries.
  What does this mean? We will eliminate the following summary ntuple variables: AcdDoca, AcdDocaTileEnergy, AcdGammaDoca and their siblings located in the recon.root files.

• Update Ribbon Active Distance calculation
