These changes are necessary to handle the new DFI 3-4-5 that is already in part of baseline HalfPipe PROD. They are also needed for processing ETE5 datadata from ETE5 and any other subsequent test.

We can roll back to the previous version of L1Proc. Note that several components of L1Proc are broken (FastMon) or not doing the correct thing (GlastRelease, monitoring of GPS) because of the new DFI in the HalfPipe (which had to be part of the baseline for other reasons outside of L1Proc).
