Epix MPOD Gui launched via ~xshen/ePix/MPOD/ePix_MPOD.cmd

Access to accelerators controls IOCs is through testfac-srv01.  Timing runs on cpu-as01-sp01 (and sp02?).  Shelf manager is shm-as01-sp01-1.
