This page provides information on ping response times measured every 30 minutes from the SLAC National Lab (40 miles south of San Francisco in California, US) to sites in Ukraine around the time of the Russo Ukraine war starting in February 2022.
On 24 February 2022, the Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered an invasion of Ukraine by Russian Armed Forces previously concentrated along the border. At that time he PingER project was only monitoring 2 sites in Ukraine: mail.kipt.kharkov.ua and ns.kiev.ua. Since then we have added many more sites.
