Addendum on May 18, 2021:  Matt found a bug in the Ben's trigger module (in cameralink gateway firmware, hsd, epix, kcu).  There is a delay 32-deep fifo where triggers go, and firmware was queueing every MHz slot and filling it up.  We couldn't set a large "user delay" (e.g. hsd "raw_start").

Note by Valerio (9/7/21): Lane 01 (Marked as "2" on the breakout cable) seem not to work on cmp011. As a workaround, Lane 02 (marked as 3 on the cable) has been used
