NOTE (June 2, 2021): we think we have a bad qsfp on cmp007 fiber 1 (counting from 1).  Problem remained after swapping breakout fibers.

The new kcu firmware from https://github.com/slaclab/pgp-pcie-apps should be used, although rogue software lives in https://github.com/slaclab/wave8.
