FIB

The new firmware from pgp-pcie-apps should be used.

Running 8 FIBs on the same cmp node requires at least the KCu firmware that comes with version v1.5.0 of pgp-pcie-apps

Updating the firmware is very similar to the Opal case:

cd pgp-pcie-apps
python scripts/updatePcieFpga.py --path <PATH TO FIRMWARE DIR>

The firmware can be downloaded off GitHub for every release
