Powercycled cmp011 again.  After resetting the XPM link (toggled XpmMiniTiming/ConfigLCLS2Timing and hit TxPhyReset) I can configure.  Back in the mode where we get 100% deadtime, but I can get transitions and a few events through by doing Blowoff/ClearReadout.
